CIYOTA, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is implementing the Youth Inclusion, Education, Livelihoods and Development (YIELD) Program, which expands opportunities for young people through education, skills development, economic empowerment, and pathways to dignified work. Under the YIELD Program, we invite applications from eligible young graduates for a one-year Employability Associate Program that provides practical workplace exposure, professional mentorship, employability skills, and hands-on experience with credible partner organizations in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by receiving and logging applications, and preparing shortlisting sheets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or any other related field, from a recognized institution
